Homemade Pasta!!!

Recently, I bought a ravioli form in order to make a special dinner for my beautiful wife.
I filled the pasta with a beef/spinach/ricotta filling- a recipe from one of my new cookbooks: Jam it, Pickle it, Cure it. It's been a winning recipe book so far! Here's the results!

Did you buy these at Williams-Sonoma? Because we sell all three items pictured/ mentioned in this blog...I'm a huge fan of that cookbook! You should try the Michael Symon one as well.

Actually I bought them at Sur La Table, where I am working part time right now. Not sure about Michael Symon... what do you like about it?
